This Civil Society Policy Forum session will explore how Southeast Asian countries can move from legislating beneficial ownership transparency to putting it into practice including how ownership data can strengthen public procurement, infrastructure oversight and competition.

OCP’s Bernadine Fernz, Head of Sustainability & Infrastructure, will join speakers from UNODC, the Open Government Partnership, CoST and the IMF.

Open Contracting in ASEAN report launch

OCP and UNODC will launch Open Contracting in ASEAN Member States: Legal and Regulatory Review, which looks at how procurement frameworks, e-procurement systems and anti-corruption mechanisms can support more open, trusted public contracting across the region.

The evening will bring together government, private sector and civil society practitioners to share practical lessons and opportunities for reform.
