  Open Contracting Partnership will share perspectives on how procurement data and analytics can complement broader approaches to measuring corruption and integrity risks in public procurement. Drawing on OCP’s work with many different governments to implement open contracting and use procurement data for risk monitoring, OCP will discuss how data can move beyond measurement to support practical identification of red flags, targeted interventions and monitoring of reforms. We will also touch on the importance of data quality, interoperability and the institutional change management to turn procurement data and flags into actionable intelligence and positive impact on the health of public procurement markets.
