11th Conference of the States Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption

The 11th Session of the Conference of the States Parties (CoSP11) to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) is organized by UNODC and Qatar.

Open Contracting Partnership will be there, working with partners to tackle government’s number one corruption risk area – public procurement! Here’s what we’ll be up to as we follow up on the CoSP10 landmark resolution on public procurement, and where to find us at the conference.

  • Sunday, 14 December
    The UNCAC Coalition is organizing preparatory briefings and discussions on-site. We are keeping track of a number of resolutions that have already been tabled, including on the future of the UNCAC review mechanism; transparency of political financing; the use of artificial intelligence in anti-corruption; enhancing cooperation between anti-corruption agencies and financial intelligence units; and advancing corruption prevention efforts.   • Tuesday, 16 December
    Emerging Tech for Transparency, Anti-Corruption & Oversight
    When: 16:30 Doha time (8:30 US Eastern, 13:30 GMT)
    Join our Head of Advocacy, Kristen Robinson, on a panel discussion about the future of AI and technology in the fight against corruption. She will be co-representing OCP and the Global Civil Society Coalition for the UNCAC to share perspectives from civil society and technical assistance partners.
