Flatten and Unflatten OCDS Data Notebook

Several publishers have requested for guidance on how to use the ‘flatten tool’ both on the command line and as a Python library, to both flatten and unflatten OCDS data.

This notebook provide direct support on how to use the flatten tool to convert OCDS releases packages and record packages into CSVs files. You will also learn how to ‘unflatten’ i.e. convert CSVs files into OCDS JSON files using both the flatten tool command line and python library.
